Roll Fiber Laser Random Texturing Technology

by:Caodahai     2021-09-22
So far, there are mainly three types of methods for producing texturing cold-rolled steel sheets in the iron and steel industry. Arranged in the order of appearance: the first type, the use of shot peening technology to texturize the roll, and then chrome-plated its surface, used to roll the strip. The second type, the use of electric spark technology to texturize the roll, and then chrome-plated its surface, used to roll the strip. The third type, the use of laser technology to texturize rolls, is directly used for rolling strips. Because chromium plating is very polluting to the environment, most manufacturers also use shot peening or electric spark technology to texturize rolls that are directly used to roll strips without chrome plating. However, this half-cut method greatly reduces the amount of steel passing through the roll. The surface structure of the textured board produced by the first and second types of technology is disordered pitted surface. The third type of technology (whether it is CO2 laser texturing or YAG solid-state laser texturing) produces an orderly pitted surface. The refraction of ordered hemp is directional, which is determined by the uniformity of the texturing point. However, the rolls of the third type of laser technology texturing have a higher throughput than the first and second types of half-cut texturing rolls, and the deep drawability and elongation of the rolled steel plates are also higher than those of the first and second types. Textured board. The first type of shot blasting technology affects health due to dust pollution, and the repeatability of the texturing is difficult to reproduce, difficult to master, and enter the elimination interval. The second type of electric spark texturing technology has to rely on imports, and the price is very high, the accessories also need to be imported, and it also has oil pollution to the environment. The method of orderly texturing the roller surface with laser is: the roller rotates at a uniform speed around its central axis, the laser processing head moves uniformly along the axis of the roller, and the pulsed laser or continuous laser is mechanically converted into pulsed laser Or it can be converted into pulsed laser by acousto-optic switch, which acts on the surface of the roll through the transmission and focus of the optical path, and the points of the laser action form a high-density spiral. Because the helix angle is very small, people generally regard it as a loop of straight lines. Since the size of each pulse laser is basically the same, the energy of each pulse laser acting on the surface of the roll is also the same, so the size and topography of each spot is also the same. Therefore, the effect of roughening the surface of the roll is an orderly arrangement of uniform dots. Due to the special requirements of some high-end users such as automobile manufacturers for texturing steel, the orderly texturing effect of laser can no longer be accepted. This is also the fundamental reason why laser texturing technology has not been able to enter the mainstream metallurgical industry. After years of research, our company finally made a breakthrough in 2011. Through the use of fiber lasers and self-developed control devices, we can change the morphology and arrangement of the texturing 'points' at will, so as to achieve the effect of disordered texturing. At present, it has been well applied in the steel industry. We have applied for this technology in the country. Invention patent.
