Numerical simulation of three-dimensional transient temperature field in laser heating of sheet metal

Considering the correlation between convection, radiation and the thermophysical properties of the material and temperature, a mathematical model of the three-dimensional transient temperature field during laser heating of the sheet metal is established, and the continuous scanning of the laser beam is replaced by a small-step intermittently jumping moving light source. Non-linear finite element numerical simulation of the temperature field was performed, and the simulation results were compared with the results of other models, which provided a basis for further quantitative analysis of the thermal deformation of the sheet metal.　　 In recent years, in the metal plastic processing industry, there has been a method of using the thermal stress caused by the non-uniform temperature field formed when the laser scans the sheet to realize the sheet forming.
