The automatic filling station using the belt conveyor system is the most economical, fast and commonly used system used in almost all beverages and medicines (liquid)industries.
The project is a prototype of the basic concept of automatic filling stations in the beverage, pharmaceutical and dairy processing industries.
The purpose of the project is to detect whether there is a glass bottle at the gas station, fill the liquid in the bottle to a certain height, and push the bottle forward for further treatment.
The project includes a conveyor belt driven by a DC motor at a constant preset speed for filling the bottle to the desired liquid level.
The motor will continue to drive the conveyor until infrared (IR)
The sensor detects whether there is a bottle directly below the filling station.
The infrared sensor sends the signal to the controller, which sends the signal to the motor to stop.
Once the conveyor stops, the actuator used for filling, I . E. e.
Open the filling with a solenoid valve.
Continuously monitor the liquid level in the bottle using an ultrasonic sensor.
The required level of the preset has been entered in the controller.
The controller compares the instantaneous level to the required level of the preset.
Once the required level is reached, the solenoid valve closes the filling.
When the filling stops, the conveyor starts to move so that the next bottle is filled.
Tip 122: Darlington transistor in electronics (
Often referred to as the Darlington couple)
Is a composite structure composed of two bipolar transistors (
Integrated or separated devices)
Connected in such a way that the current amplified by the first transistor is amplified by the second transistor. Sonar HC-
HC-SR04 of ultrasonic ranging module
SR04 offers 2 cm400cm non-
Through the contact measurement function, the ranging accuracy of 3mm can be achieved.
The module includes the ultrasonic transmitter, receiver and control circuit.
Basic principles of work :(1)
Use IO triggers for high-level signals of at least 10us ,(2)
The module automatically sends 8 40 khz and detects if there is a pulse signal return. (3)
If the signal is returned via a high level, the high output IO duration is from the time the ultrasound is sent to the time it is returned.
In the case of three Tests
Port valve, switching out flow between two outlet ports.
Multiple solenoid valves can be placed on one manifold.
The infrared sensor used for detection is a pair of infrared (IR)
Light projection.
A beam of infrared light is emitted from one terminal called emitter and received by another terminal called receiver.
The transmitter and receiver can be on the same or opposite side.
Perception can be perceived as an obstacle that breaks the projection, suggesting the presence of an external object, or sensing the projection on the receiver to suggest the movement of the object that should break the beam, or both.
The job description circuit provides two different power supplies (
2 9 Volt batteries)and one 12v 2. 0amp source.
There are two switches that will open the circuit.
When the beaker is placed on the conveyor belt, when the beaker is located between the LED and the photoelectric transistor, the output signal will be generated by the comparator, it has some preset values of the potentiometer for the sensitivity setting of the light received by the phototransistor.
Then, the 8bit 32KB MCU reads this output (ATMEGA 328)
It then immediately stops the conveyor belt and opens the solenoid valve through the relay, so the liquid flows into the beaker through the valve from the reservoir through the action of gravity.
The ultrasonic sensor will detect the water level according to the Doppler phenomenon, and set the water level value in the programming experiment.
Once the liquid reaches the level, after a decision is made, the controller will turn off the solenoid valve, open the conveyor and weigh for the other beaker. Program (SourceCode)
