3S PHOTONICS and Finisar will cooperate soon

Recently, 3S PHOTONICS and Finisar announced today that they have reached a formal agreement, that is, the two companies will cooperate to develop a new packaging platform for the 980nm cold laser pump module.　　 According to the agreement, 3S PHOTONICS will become the exclusive supplier of 980nm laser chips for the platform, and Finisar will build a production line based on the platform in its newly expanded Wuxi factory. Finisar will use these 980nm pump modules in its industry-leading EDFA and line card products. 3S PHOTONICS will use the packaging platform to serve its customers.　　 The 980nm laser provided by 3SPGroup has excellent field reliability.
